When hosting fitness suite sessions it is possible for you to bring a friend or relative and I will train you both, there will be a different price for this as it does represent a lot more work and design on my part so I cannot offer it on a 2 for 1 basis, but the price will be reduced for both clients making it an effective way of reducing your Personal Training costs.
