My name is Simon Turbutt, I am a Personal Trainer based in the
heart of the
West Midlands, and I am fully
focussed on health and fitness.
I have always been interested in the human body, its adaptations and notably how to keep it healthy.
I have an abundance of exercising experience from various sports (rugby playing, kettlebell lifting, body building, strength training and marathon running amongst others). These kinds of experiences together with my education and knowledge in the health and fitness field mean I am well suited to helping people from all backgrounds, whether that means people who are training with a specific event or sporting agenda in mind or simply the kind of person who would like to improve their physique or make living their life easier.
At 1 on 1 Personal Training I provide a fully
equipped professional fitness studio containing the same top quality
equipment that you will
find in any main line gym. I offer
this studio on an entirely 1 on 1 basis so it is ideal for people who
want to build confidence before or instead of using a busy gym.
I also offer gym confidence courses where I teach how to perform
exercises and use equipment correctly and safely, again as a
confidence booster, please

The studio is based in the heart of the Black country in the West Midlands and is easily reached from both Birmingham and Wolverhampton cities and their surrounding areas. Alternatively I am available to travel extensively in order to train clients outdoors, at their home or in their own gym, please see services or contact me for more details.
The fitness studio is designed to be a premium and unrivalled service where you can expect the best equipment and best service. I provide sweat towels, water, in fact everything from the music you want to hear whilst training, to the results you expect to get at the end of your program. I can also train at a gym of you choice assuming I can come to an arrangement with the gym (if I do not already have one).
The design of your program is entirely up to you, I am fully capable of designing a program that can focus on or include any of the following:

In addition I also offer Dietary analysis and Nutritional advice, Program Design, Lifestyle assessment, Full Fitness assessment and body composition tests as well as general advice and pointers on training (contact me for this).
