"I'm not sure Simon needs more testimonials to attest to his qualities as an instructor, but I'm writing this anyway, because he really is excellent, and it can't hurt to say so again. That he is flexible and accommodating of people's chaotic schedules, that his knowledge is extensive, and that his sessions are well-planned and productive, has been said. He is also friendly, enthusiastic and always good company, which makes exercising overall more enjoyable. The gym is well- equipped, and the whole not-having-to-hang-about-waiting-to-get-onto- the-equipment thing is a real godsend!
Finally (tho' this too has been said) Simon's an excellent motivator, providing challenging but realistic targets and genuinely pleased for you if you rise to them. Surrender to his expertise (i.e. do what he tells you!) and you'll make serious gains. Within twenty minutes on my first visit he convinced me that I was quite capable of running a marathon. Three months on and I've just run the Leicester Half (and, perversely perhaps(!), really enjoyed it); hopefully I'll manage the full in the new year. Without Simon's persistent encouragement this simply would not have happened. And running wasn't even on my list of priorities when I started...
So thanks from me too, Simon, and I look forward to continuing to work with you in future.
Mark - 25 - Lost 7kg of fat to achieve his body fat target
"Simon has been a great help and I cant thank him enough for making me achieve the body I thought I would never have again.
Training was never boring and he always communicated it in such a way that I knew why we were doing it - it wasn't a case of just do this! - more like do this because this is how it fits into the bigger picture and overall target, which I must say we met long before I expected!
I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is dare I say it ashamed of their fitness as I was but doesn't want to hit the roads or the gym alone.
As a motivator, an educator and a trainer I really cant fault him.

If you need someone to motivate you, give you confidence
and show you how to reach your personal fitness goals I
can’t praise Simon highly enough.
He is extremely flexible and will endeavour to work round
you, however busy or disorganised your daily schedule
may be. 6am was never too early to exercise.
